Up All Night - Take That

As you are all aware, am a HUGE number one fan of TAKE THAT !

I practically grow up listening to their songs, mimicking their cheesy dances (although for this, you can't never get an approval from anybody. I'd kill those person right away when they blabbered out their mouth about my cheesy Take That dancing...hahahhaha..)

Last night, i got a bit in my "bring back the memory" mode with old songs and i stumbled upon this beautiful video from my favorite band.
It called Up All Night.
The video was debuted on 27 January 2009, with Mark Owen on lead vocals. The video was directed by Daniel Wolfe. It features Take That performing at a street party in Croydon, with footage of them on a lorry.
Gary Barlow does not appear in the second half of the music video because his pregnant wife went into labour whilst filming. Cute, eh..

And what i thought was the cutest is the props !

There were lots of colorful balloons, flickering tiny bulbs, colorful checkered table cloths, and those gorgeous handmade buntings.
Plus they pictured a great and friendly neighborhood, kids running around with their costumes and dancing with their fireworks in hand, lots of stylish street food stalls, and everybody seemed like having a great times with their neighborhood festive.

Yeah..great foods, friendly neighborhood, soulful songs plus a fantastic live performance from Take That.
What more can you ask, right ?

I tried to screen captured the video but i failed at being cool..hahahaha..so i googled all these still images i can get and i uploaded the coolest video ever itself below..

This weekend you can try to rent their movie called "And the Beat Goes On: The Sonny and Cher Story".
The movie based on the autobiography of Sonny Bono, this film focuses on the volatile relationship between Sonny and Cher during the early 60's to their divorce in the late 70's.

My Name As A Song Title On My Daddy's Recording Album

Beeeuuuhhh..postingan ini sungguh-sungguh ngga bermaksud membuat saya menjadi belagu atau apapun yaa..hahahaha..tapi saya baru nemu foto cover kaset ayah saya jaman dulu dan menemukan scan-an foto cover kaset ini.

Sekitar akhir tahun 70'an sampai awal 80'an..ayah saya bersama teman-temannya membentuk sebuah band bernama HEYGRESS..konon arti dari nama band mereka adalah sapaan kepada para anak muda jaman itu.
HEY itu diucapkan dengan nada memanggil seseorang, sedangkan GRESS berarti anyar atau baru atau muda..dan GRESS disini diartikan untuk para anak muda (kalo ngga salah seperti ini arti nama band ayah saya menurut beliau..correct me if i'm wrong ya dad..hehehe..)
Aliran musiknya lebih ke country-pop, bertemakan macam-macam mulai dari cinta kepada sesama sampai cinta kepada alam.

Duluuuuu banget saya pernah dikasih tau kalo nama saya dicantumkan sebagai judul lagu di album rekaman ayah saya.
Tapi saya lupa di album yang mana dan ngga terlalu mikirin lagi karena emang saya ngga berhasil menemukan foto scan cover kaset yang dimaksud.

Eeeeeeehhh..sampai kemarin saya buka facebook ayah saya (i knoowww..my dad and my mum are soooo happening..they keep updating their facebook account !) saya menemukan scan foto tersebut !!

Wahaahahahaha..dan ternyata memang benar sodara-sodara sekalian..nama saya ada di side B single pertama album "Ketika Cinta Harus Memilih".
By the way..single dengan judul yang sama ini jadi soundtrack film dengan judul yang sama waktu itu (jangan tanya tahun berapa dan siapa yang main..saya belum lahir soalnya..hihihihi..you better Googled it aja..)

Ketika Stres Melanda

Helloo..

Sudah agak lama ngga posting cerita-cerita yaaa..sejuta alasannya lah kenapa saya baru nulis lagi sekarang. But the main reason is : dunno what to write !

Yeesss..seriuusss..orang-orang selalu bilang, apa susahnya nulis..kan setiap hari kita mengalami berbagai peristiwa yang pastinya bisa untuk diceritakan..tapi tidak dengan saya. Ketika stres, saya ngga bisa menulis. Apapun itu temanya. Alassan kenapa saya stres pun beragam. Mulai dari urusan anak, mengelola sendiri online shop beddings saya..jangan dikira punya online shop ngga bikin stres..justru makin complicated stresnya karena shop ini cuma online. I have to convinced my customers about my products since they can't touch and see and feel by themselves, belum lagi saya mesti memikirkan rencana buat meng-ekspansi bisnis kecil-kecilan saya ini dan mesti bertemu dengan beberapa investor (now, i'm really really really crossing every fingers that i have !!)

Dan ketika stres melanda seperti ini..saya cuma pengen dengerin musik. Any kind of music will sooth me well.

And since this song is soooo happening after casts of GLEE featured them on their series..so i thought this could be my medic.

And after hearing this song, i kinda miss my single life ! Hahahahaaha...;p

I like this song..every time i'm feeling down..this song will instantly lift up my mood and brighten up my gloomy day.

Natasha Bedingfield is such a great and talented singer/song writer. Her quirky voice always amazed me and her pitch is so in control..even tough sometimes she sounds like she's out of tune, but honestly she made that even more unique.

Have you heard about Caro Emerald ? I found her when i was accidentally watch the program advertisement on Star World.
Who is this girl singing in the ad's background ??
Her voice and her music is so different than other pop stars nowadays..it's not mainstream and so unique.

I youtube-d (yes..youtube-d) her instantly and at that moment..i fell in love with her voice and music.

This song is damn good !!! I love the band…i dunno where are they come from but i don’t care…i just love them !!! How can they made this great song ?!??! Heartland rocks !!
